Cancellation Policy

All participants must complete their registration for the ICHG by faxing Enrolment Form in advance and then pay their registration fees (and other fees) by credit card until 10^th July 2009 or bank transfer until 15^th July 2009.

* Only Serbian participants are able to pay in cash at the conference because of insecurity of bank transfer. In this case Enrolment Form has to be faxed until 10^th July 2009.

Cancellation of registration for the conference (and fees for trips and dinner) will be possible until 21^st July 2009. Payment will be refunded by bank transfer, except for a charge as below. Information on your banking account needed for international bank transfer should be informed to ichg@bun.kyoto-u.ac.jp . The ICHG organizing committee could not accept any responsibility for bank transfer between Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and your bank.

Regular: 15,000 Yen

Regular from within Japan: 5,000 Yen

Student: 10,000 Yen

Student from within Japan: 2,000 Yen

Cancellation of fees only for accompanying person, trips or dinner will be possible. Payment will be refunded by cash (Japanese Yen) at the conference, except for a charge as below.

Regular: 5,000 Yen

Student: 2,000 Yen
